Expired product delivered

I ordered a few items on 24 September and after an initial glitch on the app, I was able to pay for my purchase and delivery. Today I open a pack of toffees that was part of the order. I notice it tastes a bit odd. I check the expiration date... 20/11/2023. There is no way to log a complaint about the product on the app - it seems that functionality disappears a few hours after del8very took place. As I had to use almost all my airtime to get the initial issue with payment sorted, I am not willing to make another expensive call to a call centre, hoping to be helped before my airtime runs out. I am feeling nauseous and have cramps that started to develop after ingesting one of the toffees. Who manages the store where this came from? How does something like this happen?
