ELFBAR Watermelon 5% EW9000 Disposable Pod

I recently bought the ELFBAR Watermelon 5% EW9000 Disposable Pod through your app, and I’m quite disappointed. It finished really quickly — I didn’t even get close to the 9000 puffs that were advertised.

Nowhere in the product description did it clearly state that a separate charger is needed to get the full use out of the device. If I had known that, I might have chosen differently.

Also, it’s quite a bit more expensive than the 1500 puff version, so I expected it to last much longer. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I feel a bit misled.

I understand the product is non-refundable, but I wanted to share my feedback in case this can be looked into for future listings.
