*****ed me by not delivering item ordered

Ordered Addis container FROM hyper charged me R120. Did not deliver and can't get to talk or get anyone to sort out. Pathetic does nobody check that all items are delivered ??????? Shows on app item damaged but I'm still out of pocket and have no ietem. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ARE YOU *****ING
