Driver never showed up with my order

I am unhappy with poor service experienced yesterday, my order was cancelled and i was credited with a less amount , the driver never showed up and no one callled, i was outside waiting for the driver until i got an sms that my order was returned,now I am being penalised for delivery fee, i wrote an email to checkers , no one cares about my complaint, i am being told to call the customer service , no one has contacted me and i need my money back asap.
