Driver Failiure in delivery when instructions was correct

I order a Checkers Sixty Order at about 12.35 today Order Number ***A . The order was placed with the correct address and a Delivery Note to tell the Driver to ride to Saxenburg Park 1 and to enter it from Engen Garage side and then take the 2nd left onto Pinotage Way and I am in the building opposite Plan-IT.

The drive came in at the wrong entrance and got lost but he was a rode away from me and I called him to get me opposite the OTP building. He then said he was talking to his controller as Saxenburg Park 1 is out of his jurisdiction.

I said to him I am walking down to where you are and he drove away with the order. I called him another 3 times and he ignored the call. I now sit minus lunch today and I am very ****ed off with the driver who delivered the order.

I logged a call with Zinhle the case ID is *** she confirmed the driving instructions was easy to understand but the order has been returned to Fairbridge Mall and I am most unhappy with this.

I now sit minus lunch and I want something done on this I dont want the order tomorrow as I am working from home but I need Checkers to discipline this guy and also make sure you make up for it. If this is not done amicably then I will need to escalate to Whitey Basson as this is not how the Shoprite Group Functions
