DO BETTER

I’m a regular shopper with Checkers60/60 westgate mall.

I’ve ordered on 2026-01-13 at 15:30 order number ***

My money was obviously taken immediately, it got to 16:00, my order wasn’t shopped yet, I called the delivery service and they told me the store was overflowing with orders that the had to see to. I had no problem with that, I called at 16:30 called the store , they apologised and told me I’ll be getting my order soon.

18:00 I called again and requested to speak to the manager, they put my on hold for almost 8 minutes waiting for a manager only for them to come back and tell me what the manager said. That’s so unprofessional.

I only received my order at 18:50.

They should remove 60/60 from their name if it’s going to take them hours to deliver, mind you I live 5-8 minutes for the most from the mall.

When I eventually got my order I spoke to him to tell him what I’ve been through and he was shocked because all the delivery people was waiting outside the mall whole day waiting for work.

Today I placed an order and they changed my delivery time for the 3rd time already.

CHECKERS SIXTY/60 NEEDS TO DO BETTER, I am yet to speak to a manager.
