Dissatisfaction of service

I'm writing this to express dissatisfaction from a very rude and unfriendly driver by the name of Maphalala Masebe who drove in the complex passed the security and didn't even wanna be notified of the complex rules, he is not allowed to drive in unless he has access to do so, the driver was very rude he even threatened to return back my order in store
