Dishonest/unfair Driver

I placed an order this morning before 6am,I chose the 8-9 slot. I left the house after 8 for work & the first call that I received on my phone was at 9:11. My order was cancelled because the driver claims that he was unable to reach me.

Why didn't he send a text if the call didn't go through? Now I have to wait for 3 working days to get the refund on my bank account.
