Disgusting service by Checkers. They do not care about customer satisfaction

Absolutely disgusting service from Checkers Sixty60, I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 years and have spent over R30000 shopping online in that period, checkers risk team then blocked my credit request option after I stopped paying for free delivery. I am appalled by the quality of goods received after choosing to not pay for free delivery. On many occasions I have received goods that were damaged, broken even smashed and was not aware that I could request credit for those goods and once I began requesting credits for damaged goods my app was disabled. I have put up with low quality for far too long and when I decided to get my money back they make excuses.
