Disgusting service and *********** staff

Daylight ******* , I bought a bus ticket from checkers Scottburgh and the who was assisting me booked the wrong date not the date I told her. Now when date for me to travel arrived I only discovered that the date the bus ticket was booked is already passed and I cannot be refunded. I had to buy another bus ticket again
