Disgusting service

I am a very loyal customer and I always receive exceptional service but unfortunately on Saturday 22/03/2025, a very disgusting driver by the name of Ernest delivered my order, he had no manners absolutely disgusting, firstly I want to point out that I always wait outside for my order. On that day as per usual I waited outside and saw the driver, waved my hand and Ernest completely ignored me and went to the flat opposite to mine, he then calls after a minutes yelling at me to come fetch my order.

I called back to inform him that that he is in the wrong building I saw him go in and said I put the wrong address engidakelwa. He eventually finds me and I say to him ‘You so quick to yell at me, you’re in the wrong building and you don’t even say hello’ he responds and says he doesn’t have airtime to say hello, no so sorry or anything and he leaves.

I immediately called your call centre to log a complaint reference number ***, and by the way my address was absolutely correct, he couldn’t differentiate between the unit number of my apartment and the street number, and absolutely nothing was done, I was given this reference for absolutely nothing. No other drivers have ever had this problem,I have no intentions of ever ordering from you guys ever again. Thank you.
