Disgusting customer service

I ordered from them last week, one of my items were a cooked chicken. However they never had the BBQ in stock but they had they had the pepper one. I chose that and rolls. I got my order and no chicken than they credit my account with the R89 knowing you can not spend just that it has to be over R100. Now when I want the money back into my account I don't get it. This is very hard service. I have emailed no is even acknowledging my email.
