Disgust service delivery and lack of compassion.by checkers

Order ***A I placed this order at 11:30 which the app said it would promise to deliver at 14:00 storage because the app is supposed.yo deliver within an hour but i waited . At 14:00 I got notice that it would be mover to 15:33 which I thought why after making me waiting 3 hours already. What annoyed me even more is when I called to cancel the order and was told the money would be refunded to my checkers waller yet I paid with my bank card not wallet so why is this the case. I know have to make a refund form.the waller which is not even immediate. Checkers does not even care that they wasted four hours making me wait for the order..They are not even sorry. As if they were they would not be making a refund to my wallet but to my bank and immediately the same way as they took the money. The same way other app which delivery food do the refund back to bank account. I find this service very disgusting and I am.very annoyed at the level of professionalism that checkers 60 and checkers shop displays, as they clearly do not care about dispatching the orders for the customers on time nor do they care that they made wait for this long. It's now 15:00 when I cancel the order
