Disgruntled

If I could I would rate this service a zero star. The lack of compassion I received from call centre and service from the driver is disappointing. The driver got lost to my mom's address, told him to turn into the street and drive towards end of street. Next thing I received a message saying he's going back to the store, and ignored my call when I tried to reach him. Called call centre immediately hoping to get assistance but all I got was arrogance. I am just waiting for my refund to reflect so I can unsubscribe from your app. Your service sucks.
