Discusted with missing items and rotten food!

We ordered dog food with other items, they charged us for the dog food but never delivered. I had to get in my car and go fetch it (defeats the purpose of the delivery that I had to pay for), as the staff at Polokwane Checkers Savannah mall was appologetic the manager standing right next to me didn't even acknowledge me nevermind appologized for her staffs mistake. The next time I ordered from them i ordered frozen vegatables, upon opening both packets I discovered a smell and saw it was all rotten and soggy. Very discusted as there is also no way to enquire about this on their app. They only give the option of rating the driver and parcels but not the items itself.*** the only way to cantact them
