Disappointing product and App service

The App does not allow a decent search function on the FAQ's after a purchase. Why?

I have an issue with a fresh Apple Pie delivered to me at 18:24 today. It is one of the worst Apple Pies I have ever bought - and I am not fussy. This pie was 80% dough and 20% apples. Truly disappointing!

Yet, the Sixty60 App seemingly disappoints just as much with no option for me to give feedback there at 22:00. It's your own fault this complaint is posted public.

Truly unnecessary, but why do do you limit my feedback on the App and expect me to hunt for a method to reach you regarding feedback????

Poor service. Please advise.
