Disappointing experience with Checkers Sixty60 (order ***). Regular issues with food quality, including rotten produce and plastic in food. Latest order had slimy, rotting mutton trotters. Customer service was unhelpful, offering only a credit without solutions. Condescending attitude and long hold times. Lack of accountability and empathy is concerning. Hope Checkers Sixty60 improves their service.
