Disappointing experience!

I recently placed an order, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues.

Firstly, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and the app didn't provide an option to select an alternative. This was frustrating, as I wasn't given a chance to adjust my order.

To resolve the issue, I called the helpline, but I was left holding for over 20 minutes. The long wait was inconvenient and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when my order arrived, the complimentary mini items that usually come with the bag were missing.

While I appreciate the convenience of Checkers Sixty 60, these issues need attention. Improvements in stock management, alternative product options, and customer support are essential.
