DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very annoyed! I just needed milk but ended up ordering over R600 worth of groceries..only to receive my order short of my milk and fresh cream. I am a regular shopper (2 to 3 times a week). Only to be told that I will be credited and will not receive my milk. I dont care about the credit. I asked for milk and paid for milk. I reported it and was told that I wont get feedback. So as a customer, our complaints are not acknowledged? Disappointing! I was further told that if I still need the milk I would need to reorder, pay the delivery fee AND my order must be over R150! What a joke.
