Disappointed loyal client

I purchased bacon on the app on 29/08/2024 (order ***A).

The bacon that was delivered expires on 01/09/2024, literally 3 days from day of purchase.

So I love the app and the service of checkers sixty60, convenient and reliable. I feel like this was done because I didn't physically go to the shop to pick out the item myself.

I am disappointed, and if this is what online shopping means the where is the convenience?
