Disappointed

Checkers for which im usually a huge advocate for has disappointed once again.

The purpose of the online store and paying for the extra savings account every month is to avoid the store. The store is running a promo for minis. Now the agent tells me the only solution is that my mum of 75 must go into the store with the her fone and invoxie and get a credit or replacement mini.

Then the agent just repeats and repeats when asked what's an actual solution or who to report this to bec it's not a solution that works.

Just telkom workers repeating their script. And what a difference from other agents that I've dealt with that have always found solutions for me when Checkers has messed up
