Delivery did not arrive and there is call to explain why

Today 19/05/2026, I have ordered from Checkers Hyper Brackenfell, Westen Cape. I was promised the ETA of 11:31 and delivery promise of 12:00. The time is now 12:52 and they don't even call me to tell me why and I have already paid. Checkers really don't take us serious.
