Damaged item from Checkers Mall of Mthatha

I bought a bottle of gin from Checkers Mall of Mthatha. When I took it out of the bag, I noticed it was already leaking. After opening it, I realised that the mouth of the bottle was chipped. I tried to request a refund through the app, but I was told that I need to return it to the store. The whole point of using the app is that I currently do not have transport. Now I’m expected to go to the shop to return a damaged item. This is disappointing service from Checkers Mall of Mthatha. You can do better.
