Customer service does not exist with Sixty60. It’s the 2nd time where I’ve placed an order, paid for it and then my order gets returned because according to the driver he could not get hold of me. Bear in mind I live in a security estate where I gave him an access code AND I get notified when someone gets through the gate. My dear driver NEVER even got through the gate, and he never attempted to communicate with me. So I will never ever make use of checkers again. They keep on promising that the matter will be escalated, and yet no one ever comes back to me. SIES, Sixty60🤬👎
