CONSTANT Missing items

I am APPALLED with the CHECKERS Hemingways branch. For three orders in the past TWO months, I have had missing items. First hot cross buns that were marked as packed, now a whole 180g slab of Cadbury chocolate that was marked as packed but clearly not in my bag. Things clearly being ****** and marked as packed. Good luck trying to phone the place to deal with the issue too!! They tell you they will sort it out and then nothing happens. Over it.
