Cherckers improve your systems! More Customers More Demand!

I am extremely upset with Checkers sixty 60! Whilst I’ve been extremely happy with their service, recently about 3 weeks back, I had to wait almost 5 hours for my order! There was NO communication from their customer service. I called their call centre, got NO assistance. Eventually called Mall of the South Sixty 60, had to hold for a while before I was told there was a system problem. I’d ordered round 12:30 and only got my order round 17:00! Today similar situation though half the time. After 2 hours got msg an item wasn’t avl, I tried replacing as usual on the app, but the option wasn’t available! I was waiting so long I eventually ordered urgent items like bread via MrD Pick n Pay Mall of the South, which I got within 23 minutes! It took Checkers close to 3 hours!!!!
