Checkers60 Nightmare

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Checkers Sixty’s delivery service. Firstly, the driver refused to deliver to the exact location I had clearly specified on the app. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the situation escalated to the point where the driver became threatening and continued to harass me. What made this even worse is that my personal phone number was then shared with another driver, who also contacted me in a harassing manner. This is a serious violation of my privacy and safety. To make matters worse, my order was handed over to a completely different driver without my consent or any proper communication. The entire process felt disorganised and unsafe. Secondly, I have been repeatedly told by customer service that the matter would be escalated, yet nothing has been done. There has been no follow-up, and no clear feedback on what actions (if any) are being taken. Every time I call, I’m given the same scripted response with no real progress. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. Customers should feel safe and respected when using a delivery service, and right now, that standard is clearly not being met. I expect proper escalation, accountability, and clear communication moving forward.
