Checkers60 - Ferndale Randburg store

Why does one make use of Checkers60? Because you cannot get to the shop, right? I have now received the 3rd bad Checkers60 order from Checkers Ferndale in Randburg. My order arrived 30 min ago, with all the bags wet from a leaking detergent. I have food in those packets, which means they are contaminated. The reply via the consultant Kwazi is that his manager has said I must bring in the damaged order to get a credit and then I can get another order. What an absolute cheek, Ferndale Checkers manager!!!! That you cannot send your driver back, take to task your packer and replace my order. I live close to Fairlands Walk, which is a lovely store, but I always get vegetables that re rotten from your store!!!!! Checkers, if you do not change my collection location, I will not be making use of Checkers60. Ferndale checkers is a useless store!!!!!!!
