Checkers60 delivery slots are useless

Checkers60 made me pick a delivery slot but tell me my delivery failed an hour before my delivery slot. What is the point of asking me for a delivery slot if you guys will ignore it and try to deliver an hour before that. Now I need to place an order from scratch like it's my fault.
