Checkers360 app

I have had a terrible experience with this app. Do not use it. They take your money for a benefit that's not explained correctly. When you cancel, instead of returning the R99 to your account, they credit it to their app's wallet, forcing you to make a purchase from the Checkers360 app even if you don't want to.

I placed an order where the credit had officially been app****, but my payment failed, and the R99 credit then disappeared. I ended up paying the full amount and now have to wait two working days for the R99 to be credited back to my account. This is the absolute worst process, and the app is not user-unfriendly.

I recommend using the Pick n Pay app instead. I haven't had any issues with it before.
