Checkers you can do better!

I placed an order at 10:36 and the ETA was 12:07 . This is not 60min. In fact this is a lot later than 60min. I tried calling the help line twice, but each time I hung up after 5min with no one answering the phone. Come on Checkers, you can do better than this.
