Checkers westgate mall/checkers 60

I ordered some goods from checkers 60 and yo my shock the goods came from checkers westgate, which is the worst branch. I ordered ****ins that arrived rock hard. The ****ins were stale. I never buy from checkers westgate mall because the baked goods are always rotten. So I wasted money. I would appreciate a refund from Checkers 60.
