Checkers sixty60 motorcycle driver refuses to provide drivers license after causing a accident

On Friday the 5th of September 2025 I was in Centurion, I stopped to turn into a school, with my indicator signalling, there were no cars approaching from the opposite side, as I turned a checkers sixty60 motorcycle came from behind and tried to overtake me on the right hand side, he smashed into my car. We were both fine, but he caused quite some damage to my brand new car. I asked him for his drivers license, but he refused to give it, he then got on his motorcycle and drove away from the scene. I was able to take a photo of his license (MF 25JP GP) I called the checkers sixty60 customer service to report this to them. They said that they will send me a form and that the department overseeing the sixty60 drivers will contact me. I am still waiting, no form and no contact from the Checkers sixty60 customer service. Totally unacceptable. Every day I see these drivers on the road with absolutely no respect for any rules, they drive over red robots and you even see them driving on the highway. Causing an accident and then refusing to provide a drivers license is against the law. Checkers sixty60 customer service is a disgrace, their drivers are reckless and I question what the reason is for refusing to provide a drivers license.
