Checkers Sixty60 in-store experience

Checker Sixty60 is the best convenience addition. I've always had my deliveries on time, sometimes earlier than scheduled. My only complaint is when they are collecting the order items in the store. I understand that the process is time sensitive, but the staff literally force their way infront of you. As a shopper I have no option to move aside so they can pass, or when they want an item which I'm looking at or standing infront of. There have been times when I literally had to jump aside because the staff are moving so fast down the aisles with their trollies. Its sometimes so unpleasant to shop at Checkers because of these encounters when staff are collecting order items. Wouldn't it be advisable to have a stock room away from shoppers for Checker Sixty60 orders?
