Checkers sixty60

It's been a few months since my son a cyclist was in Cape Town training and doing final his final prep for the tour de cap. Two days before the event started he got knocked over by a sixty60 scooter bystander manage to stop the driver and forced him to return to the accident scene he admitted that it was his fault. I arrived a few days later but dit register it with checkers sixty60 very friendly but was referred to another company who do manage sixty60 who straight away passed me to out surance and it went sideways from there very clever lawyers informed my lawyer as the case is closed and my son was in the wrong. The end no asking for police report or the diagram of what happened just a letter case closed. More than R40 000 of damage.
