Checkers sixty60 failure to deliver!!

I ordered an airfryer on a huge 50% discount special from Sixty60 yesterday due for today. I received an email confirmation with order number. Two hours before delivery I was told that they had a technical error and had to cancel the order. I would loose the special and have to search for it again if and when it became available again!! I asked to speak to the manager or email him and he declined! I had no problem waiting longer to receive the item when the error was resolved but they would not do that! Surely Checkers has contingency plans in these situations? I question whether this incredible deal was a mistake on their side?! And they've since removed it!
