Checkers sixty60 deducted money from my account for a service not rendered to me and I want my money back

You deducted R99 from my bank account for a service not rendered to me I was not informed that I had to buy for a certain amount of money in order to get the free delivery and had to pay for the delivery non the less nor was I informed that I only had 30 days within which to cancel the service now you have deducted R99 twice from. You account for a service not rendered to me and that is false advertising I demand my money back at once
