Checkers Sixty60 dangerous management of frozen food

Last week my order arrived and all frozen items had thawed. I reported it as it is a concern and negates the refreezing of food. This week, I can see my order was shopped but Checkers Emmerentia did not assign a driver to collect it. The estimated time of delivery was 1 hour and 25 minutes after the time it was shopped. This is a health risk. When I called to query it, the estimated time of delivery only grew longer. I had to cancel the delivery
