Checkers Sixty60 are very problematic

Ordered a whole order the coffee being the main reason I am ordering. The driver drops my coffee which now is laying in the road and tells me the item will be replaced. Upon calling the call centre I find out it will not be replaced but I will just get my money back to the wallet. I do not want that but that is the only option. Now I have no coffee, they will not replace the item they broke and I am now forced to order from them again which I do not want to do as they are not refunding me but sending it to my wallet. They offer convenience but never actually assist when you have a problem. The call center agents just follow a script but don't actually help with different solutions or options. I would say be cautious when using these online app, you have no recourse when they cause a problem.
