Checkers Sixty60 App Delivery Times

I make use of the Checkers Sixty60 app on a regular basis, mostly when I am at home. This is the 2nd time that I placed an order with Sixty60 in Kathu while at work that the delivery time changed after I made the payment and logged out from the App. I work outside town and since nobody is at my home to receive orders during the day, I specifically pick delivery time between 17:00 pm - 18:00 pm and before I pay, I also ensure the delivery time is correct. It is sooooo frustrating to be notified by the driver, who barely can speak or understand English, that he is at my house a few minutes after I placed the order, since I then must try to get hold of my neighbor opposite the street, who is an elderly lady of >80, to receive my order on my behalf. I tried to explain to this morning's driver to go to the house opposite mine, but he did not understand what opposite mean!!!! Really Checkers???
