Checkers Sixty60

Had the worst experience yesterday with my Sixty60 order. Placed my order @13:18 and finally received it at 16:25. that is dismal. The call center was helpful but could not do much except escalate it to operation's.3 Calls to them. Even called the store and could not get any real assistance. They better refund my Ice Cream I ordered as it was soggy and melted. Order number ***
