Checkers Sixty60

I’ve had a couple of frustrating experiences with the Checkers 60/60 app recently. The first time, the driver arrived but didn’t call or notify me in any way—then just cancelled my order. The second time, my order status changed to “delivered” just 10 minutes after placing it, even though nothing had arrived. I had to call in myself to find out what was going on. This kind of service is disappointing and makes the app feel unreliable. I really hope they improve communication and tracking going forward.
