CHECKERS SIXTY60

I recently found out that Checkers Sixty60 is deducting the R99 p.m. fee from my bank account. I NEVER app**** or approved it. It has been going on for 5X months now. I phoned their customer help number and was told that he cannot see om my profile that I app**** for it. I have sent my proof (bank statements) to them, as requested. Now the waiting for the reimbur*****t is going on forever. Checkers, WHERE DID YOU GET MY BANK DETAILS?????
