Checkers sixty 60 - Poor Service

I bought an item on the 18 August. A few minutes before delivery, the order was canceled. I called on 3 separate occasions and each time I was told that the money would be refunded. Once I was told after 72 hours. Once 48 hours. Once 24 hours. Its now 9 days with no response from them. The amount remains outstanding. All you get from the call center are apologies. Absolutely disgusting.
