Checkers Sixty 60 Mountain View

The checkers Sixty 60 app is supposed to be convinced however it is the complete opposite. The so called 60 mins has turned into a waiting time of at least 2 hours. Further more for the past two days I have been trying to place an order but the delivery time slot is for the FOLLOWING DAY!!! How is it possible that ii place an order from an outlet less than 1KM away and it can only be delivered the following day?

The customer service line is useless, I’ve been on hold for so long to no avail. Absolutely ridiculous
