CHECKERS SIXTY 60 DELIVERY DISASTERS

Checkers Sixty 60 - Hyper I have ordered groceries through the app from my local many many time. 2 instances which includes my current experience have been been absolutely awful. I once had a driver **** that he had spoken to me & said I didn't want my groceries. I had watched him on the app when he was on his way, he stopped half way & didn't even arrive (possibly bike issues), my order was reversed but not the charge for delivery which I found to be unfair & straight up theft - Checkers Mnerton branch.

Currently I find myself in the most infuriating experience. I ordered for the 1st time from Checkers Hyper at 4:37pm on Friday 5th, I selected delivery time 10-11am. Delivery time came & went, no communication. Order was hanging in A driver will be allocated since 10:30am on Saturday 6th. I called them at 1:30pm telling them thar I'm angry because they messing up my weekend. They say they were escalating it. I carry on wasting my Saturday waiting for another 2.5 hours with no joy. I call again at 3:53pm. They give me the same bull**** story. I requested to speak to a manager. Manager calls me back at 4:59pm, he says the best he can do it set order for delivery at 7pm, I tell him how angry I am that they have wasted my whole Saturday where I couldn't go anywhere because of this. It would have been faster for me to go to the store myself & save the R50 delivery fee. The biggest disappointment Is that the app never showed any message & no-one called me as the customer to tell me there was any delay or problem, I had to chase them. By this time I'm furious & say to the manager make it 7pm & hung up. I stop looking at my app because I'm seriously sick to death with it. At 6:30pm, I look to see if a driver has been allocated. To my surprise & without my agreement they made the delivery time now for 7th Sunday at 10-11am again. No way in hell am I letting them mess up another day for me & I have plans. This is truly 3rd World delivery service at it's best. I am so over this.😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
