Checkers Rondebosch Sixty60 bikes - Noise complaint

The incessant and high level of noise pollution from the Sixty 60 delivery service bikes that swarm the otherwise quiet inner roads of Rondebosch Village between 8am to 8pm daily, has a seriously negative impact on the quality of life of residents. The constant racket breaks concentration for the many of us who work from or study at home, creates stress and generally affects the wellbeing and health of residents from what I glean from the many postings on our local Whatsapp groups in this regard. I have several times over the past year approached Checkers senior management about installing ****lers to bike exhausts and am told that this will be taken up with the outsourced delivery provider - but no action to date. Other local delivery services - like Kauai - use electric bikes. Surely the kindest and most planet friendly way to go to eradicate this nuisance?
