After 2 call to the customer "care" line my order is currently over 4 hours late and not going to get here on time.

The only option the call centre allows is for the order to be returned to the store and re-shopped- Even though they are entirely at fault, they would not reschedule the order.

I have had to cancel my order and re shop it somewhere else. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
