Checkers Middelburg 6060 is doing wrong!!!!!!

Order is well over a hour late. When I contacted Middelburg mall checkers. They said driver might be out for a DOUBLE delivery. Head office says that they DON'T DO DOUBLE deliveries at all. But the manager at the mall told me they do. They taking our delivery money and pocketing the other people's delivery money. They also don't have any details of the drivers to contact them. So we paying for groceries and anyone can run off with it.
