CHECKERS LANGVERWACHET ****TY SERVICE!!!!!!!

I purchased a CORDLESS KETTLE online and CHECKERS LANGVERWACHET decided to give me a CORDED KETTLE. I am horrified at their customer service provided to rectify this matter!!! I have been given the run around from a lady that their store to call the Helpline as they would need to call the store to sory it out but no matter what option I pressed didn't get through to anyone, and the call drops only to call the store back and nobody answers, she sounded nonchalant anyway like it was an issue for her to do her job and help me!!! I used more than R50 airtime (which is an additional expense thay Checkers Langverwachet clearlywont care about) Now I am sitting with a kettle I paid more for and they not being helpful to provide me with the correct one... this is one of the reasons why I moved to Spar as they provide me with way better customer service and no issues when orders get placed online!!! I literally despise checkers and WILL NEVER be using them again!!! DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT to say the least. For such a huge reputable company to treat their customer's this way is not on!!! I want my money and and they can take this kettle back.
